TownSquare is a non-partisan initiative that helps everyday people in Bergen County stay informed about their local government, community, and democracy. We cover public policy, projects,  people, and relevant issues that have an impact on life at the local level.

 

This website features tools to help you register and participate in voting, a blog that covers the pertinent issues mentioned above, and ways for you to get involved with TownSquare in your community.

We also run a free email newsletter for individual municipalities, which covers local politics, public policy, projects, people, and relevant issues.

 

Our next goal is to expand TownSquare to other Bergen County municipalities this fall, recruiting volunteer journalists and partners to form a broader network. This will enable us to create a newsletter for all communities connected by TownSquare.
